Ageru offers many services to their clients and we gather information about you and your company as part of providing such services. This data is critical for Ageru to improve our products and services. Ageru’s privacy policy explains how and why we collect data and how we use collected data.

How we collect your information?

The data we gather is directly provided by the users in order to experience our services and collect more information regarding Ageru’s products. Other information is gathered by the monitoring  interactions of users with our services. 

  • If you are interested in gathering additional information regarding Ageru’s services, use contact form. In order to get this additional information you may require to provide contact information such as; Email-ID, contact number and full name. 

  • If you apply for a job application or subscribe for a job alert we require you to provide us information like resume (you are responsible for providing accurate information), contact number, address and email address.

  • If you subscribe your our services we may require you to provide us with billing details and financial information, such as billing name, address, bank account details or credit card details.

  • If you do conversation via a phone call we may record that conversation.

  • If you fill our survey form or feedback form you may give information voluntarily to improve user experience.  

  • If you choose to visit our office, we might ask you to register as a visitor and provide personal or professional information with arrival and departure time and date. 

  • Due to ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, we might ask you to provide information regarding your health, COVID-19-associated symptoms or history of being a COVID-19 patient, exposure to individuals who tested positive for COVID-19, and travel history.

  • Comments: When a visitor leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection. 

  • Media: If you upload images, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website. 

  • Cookies: Cookies: If you leave a message on our website, you can choose whether or not to save your name but you have to give your email address, and website in cookies. These are provided for your convenience so that you do not have to enter your information again when leaving another message. These cookies are good for a year. When you visit our login page, we will place a temporary cookie to see if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personally identifiable information and is deleted when you close your browser. How long do we retain your data? 

If you leave a comment, the comments and it’s metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue. For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

How do we use your data?

  • We use contact details in order to communicate with our customers, advertising our products and services, and to analyse service tend. 

  • Job application: We use your information (based on the information you shared) to provide you with job application status. We may contact you through provided contact number or email address in order to proceed with a job application. We store your data only for 1 year and you can request us to remove your data from our system at anytime. After 1 year, we delete applicants data until and unless applicants agree with our policy of storing data for another year. 

  • Our helpdesk team may access your information in order to resolve any issue with our products and services.

How secure is your data?

We insure that our customers and visitors data is processed securely, we consider several protocols in order to store and preserve data. 

Data Retention

  • We retain data as long as it is important for the purpose for which it was gathered within a legal retention period.

  • If you are not hired as an employee of Ageru, we may keep your data for 1 year in order to communicate with you for another opportunity. If you are hired as an employee in that case we store your information until validity of your employment contract.

  • If you are a customer, we retain data of you until you are using services of Ageru. If you decide not to continue anymore with Ageru services or products, we deactivate your database and delete all stored data on request.         

What rights you have over your data?

If you have an account on this site, you have applied for a job application or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
